We are encouraced to search the Scriptures (Acts 17:11) to solidify our knowledge of God, for "all Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work." Unfortunately, Scripture is often twisted and incorrectly understood (2 Peter 3:16). However, we are told that "no prophecy of Scripture is of any private interpretation" (2 Peter 1:20); God's truth is absolute and unchanging. We need to seek the truth for ourselves and help others, both fellow believers and non-believers, understand God's word as well.
"Assuredly, I say to you, inasmuch as you did it to one of the least of these My brethren, you did it to Me" (Matt 25:40). The goal of this project is to do our part in the community by volunteering for charitable organizations like Habitat for Humanity, helping out in local soups kitchens, and doing other volunteer work.
